I believe that thoughtfully crafted handbag and jewellery designs not only inspire customers, but also elevate brands, transforming creativity into enduring value and growth
About
I’m a Handbags and Accessories Freelance Designer with experience and knowledge spanning all levels of the market. My career working with large UK and International brands and retailers has taken me through every stage of the design journey, and I have developed a reputation for a sharp eye for detail and a thoughtful customer-first approach.
Alongside working with beautiful leathers, I also have a love for raffia baskets and bags, which has given me a strong appreciation for craftsmanship and sustainability. I love experimenting with textures and techniques to bring fresh ideas to life.
Having collaborated with a variety of global manufacturers, I know the importance of balancing creativity with practicality. My background allows me to combine strong design vision with a clear understanding of Handbags and Accessories production, ensuring that concepts are both visually striking, but also technically achievable.
At the heart of my work is a passion for creating accessories that feel considered, well-made, and connected to the people who use them.

Brand Collaborations & Design Experience
Background
Marion has an extensive background in Fashion and Accessories design, with a strong portfolio of collaborations across both European and Asian markets. In 2011, Marion’s design, the ‘Pippa’ bag, became a major commercial success and a defining piece in her early career.
Her work consistently reflects a deep understanding of brand identity and customer expectations, combining style, functionality and cultural insight.
Brand collaborations
After co-founding a London-based accessories brand, Marion led its growth from launch to a multi-million pound business, overseeing design direction for over a decade. She then moved into senior in-house roles within established fashion and retail organisations.
Her wider experience includes freelance work across a range of premium and contemporary brands, alongside limited-edition accessory projects supporting charitable initiatives.
Designed to Order (Asia)
Marion has created exclusive, limited-edition handbag and footwear collections for leading Japanese retailers, including Isetan and Spick & Span in Tokyo, as well as Tomorrowland stores across Japan.
Through her work with Modalu London, she also established a long-standing partnership with a leading Taiwanese fashion platform, supporting the brand’s strong growth and presence in the region.
